Frequently Asked Questions

What will happen after I complete and send this application?

We will send your completed online application to selected loan providers who, based on the application, will assess your loan authorization options. After sending a non-binding application, there are two possibilities - either you will be redirected to the offer of the selected provider, or you will be contacted by the providers via telephone with their offer. We therefore recommend that you regularly check your email and phone after sending the application form. If the terms offered seem convenient for you, you can conclude the loan agreement.

What if I change my mind and want to withdraw the application?

You are free to withdraw the application if you wish to. The online application is non-binding and by sending it, you aren’t yet agreeing to accept the offer. By completing it, you merely express your interest in the loan, but you are certainly not obliged to take it. If the conditions of the offered loan don’t meet your expectations or you have changed your mind about it, please inform your provider; no problems will occur.

Are my personal data protected after sending the application?

Yes, your personal data are absolutely safe. Our conditions for the processing of personal data are set in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Regulation on the protection of personal data, "GDPR") and we are constantly ensuring the protection of all personal data processed.

Can I be sure that I will get the loan when I complete the application and send it?

Unfortunately, no. The decision of whether the loan provider will contact you and whether the loan will be granted to you is fully within the competence of the bank or the non-bank financial company to which we send your application. If you are at risk of being indebted, the providers will not contact you at all in order not to aggravate your financial situation.
